Yes, you will need to follow the same steps individually for each restaurant you would like to add the Favor-Toast integration to via Toast Partner Integrations.
The Favor integration is included in the Toast Partner Integrations portal and can be added at no extra cost to those who have access.
Once the above steps for the Favor-Toast integration are completed, pending no additional partnership details, Favor will communicate with you within one week to get the integration live.
Yes, you can configure holidays or special hours to work with the Favor integration.. You can configure holiday or special hours as a in Toast's online ordering schedule and this schedule overrides will display on the Favor platform.
You cannot control Favor order flow directly in Toast, but you will have a designated Favor Account Manager (once the integration is live) who will be able to assist in pausing Favor orders by request.
Note: Your hours and overrides will be updated nightly through the integration so any advance updates will be accurately reflected.
