Answer

There are various possible reasons why kitchen tickets won’t print. If the printer was previously working, please check for the following scenarios: 

 

If the printer is new or recently set up, please check for the following: 

  • Your restaurant’s printer settings may have not been configured correctly or your printer has not been assigned to a prep station. Learn how to configure and assign your restaurant’s prep stations here: Configure and Assign Prep Stations.
  • The printer and device that you’re using to send the order may not be connected to the same Local Area Network (LAN).
