  • No card reader information
  • Unable to read card

  1. Ensure the card reader is properly connected and undamaged. 
  2. Review your card reader settings under Device Setup on your Toast Go.
    1. Make sure EMV Enabled is set to Yes.
  3. Power cycle the device.
  4. Check for available software updates.
